2005, is an honorable year for the group’s growing. Preciseness, learning, innovation and enthusiasm, as the heart of the company’s culture, start showing their power. Within this year, the management structure has been improved. Now, it has seven undertaking departments and 33 functional departments.

In 2005, the group has firmly set up its development strategies and aim: OMS, PPE & AFRICAN FAMILY SOLUTION, which can be explained as follows:
A. OFFICE MANAGEMENT SOLUTION (OMS)
Improve totally automation and environmental protection for office and home work.
Become the first-rate OMS manufacturer and exporter in China and set up distribution channel globally.
B. PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)
Become the pioneer company in domestic market; become the most professional and best PPE manufacturer in China; and set up the global distribution channel.
C. AFRICAN FAMILY SOLUTION (AFS)
Supply the best quality and cheaper price family consumable products to all African families; make “LEVER” first-class brand in African market.

As the unusual step for the group’s development, the done investment is as follows:
A. USD135,000.00 OF USD2,000,000.00 has been invested in Ghana, for manufacturing base of anti-malaria, antiretroviral and anti-tb products.
B. USD2,490,000.00 OF USD8,300,000.00 has been invested in Nigeria for food & drink and cosmetics manufacturing base.
C. EURO500,000.00 has been invested in Europe for the distribution company of OMS and PPE production.
D. USD8,000,000.00 (RMB60,000,000.00) has been invested in increasing manufacturing capability both for OMS & PPE (land 80000sm, building 45000sm). The construction has been started in Aug. 2004, hoping to be finished in Aug. 2005.

For R & D.
A. For OMS products, we have put out terminator series time recorder, prince series time recorder, winner series shredder. Also, check printer, waste food processor, sales software, software, final software for easy-management are under processing.
B. For PPE, PVC food industry boots, safety boots, mining boots, chemical boots, helmet, goggles h0ave been sold well in the market. Ear defender, leather pu injection safety shoes are under development.
C. For AFRICAN FAMILY SOLUTION, we have finished the R & D on anti-malaria, antiretroviral and anti-tuberculosis pharmaceutical in 2005. More than 16 countries in Africa will have our full lines pharmaceutical products.
